Some of my favorite music from long ago is by an alternative band called They Might Be Giants. It turns out that, since long ago, while I was doing foolish things like studying at school and working, They Might Be Giants kept rolling out great music. Acquainting myself with their new albums has been a joy.

Surprisingly to me, in the last few years they have produced some kids' educational stuff. (I have to admit: I've been thinking more about this, due to my pending uncle status!) A particular kids' song caught my attention and happens to include a subject close to my heart. You'll see what I mean:


Now I have something to sing while I never go to work.

I also heart TMBG -- and saw them relatively recently here in State College. It was great! And funny to see all the people who were there -- and how old we all were. Yay 90's music!
