We walked into town
paid homage to MTV
admired a vespa
had breakfast
laughed at a sign
drooled over pastries
admired Santa Chiara
oohed over a dog
climbed some stairs
ate some lunch
debated hiking
wandered around
for awhile
said hi to a cat
watched some construction
contemplated some imagery
laughed at the police
drank some spritz
consumed dinner
...and dessert
and discovered we like opera (or at least some of Verdi's arias)
before walking back to the tent and collapsing.
