hummus
Ingredients:
| 1 1/2 | cups | chickpeas |
| 1/2 | cup | water |
| 1/2 | cup | olive oil |
| 1/4 | cup | lemon juice |
| 1/2 | whole | diced red bell pepper |
| 2 | whole | diced green onions |
| 5 | cloves | minced garlic |
| 1/4 | cup | ground sesame seeds |
| 1/4 | whole | minced jalapeno |
| 1 | tsp. | cumin |
|   |   | salt |
|   |   | pepper |
Directions:
Soak chickpeas for a full day in the refrigerator. Cook chickpeas until tender, drain. Blend all ingredients.
